Planet's remote support allows our product specialists to connect to and control a device from a remote location via the internet in order to resolve our customers' support tickets.
For audit and compliance reasons, customers must explicitly grant us permission to begin a remote support session and you have the ability to end the session at any time. The remote session will be recorded for audit and quality purposes.
After you enter the session key and download the application, Planet Support will be able to see your screen and control your computer. If there is anything you do not want Planet to be able to see on your screen, remove it from view before beginning the session.
